Just had the pleasure of Luke who came out to set up our new office phones today; he had a lot of obstacles to overcome as we work in a serviced office with phones over a shared wifi signal; nothing was straight forward but he was brilliant. Luke was so helpful and made doubly sure he was transparent about everything to ensure we understood how the new phones would work, how the app works and how to log into our new Callswitch portal to listen back to voicemails. I cannot commend him enough and would recommend Luke and K5 Communications to other contacts in a heartbeat. Thank you for taking the time to set up our phones and not giving up with all the obstacles that came up!
